Theta healing
ThetaHealing is a spiritual healing method that can work on a physical and psychological level. Each of us carries blocking beliefs within us that can prevent us from living up to our true potential. It helps to detect and transform negative programs in our subconscious.
HOW DOES A SESSION WORK
First, let's talk about a topic that you brought with you.
To begin with, I will guide you through the Theta Healing Meditation. This will help you easily and safely enter the Theta state (brain frequency 4-7 Hz), experience deep relaxation and connect with your intuition and creative power.
I will then start asking you questions about it. We will be in a loving, completely non-judgmental and neutral space. Together we will try to get to the root of the problem. Once we have arrived there, we will work together to resolve one or more blocking beliefs and reprogram them. We will be in a meditative state ("Theta").
For profound change, 1 to 3 sessions would be useful, but this depends entirely on the individual.
