Emotional freedom
is something each of us desires internally, which is accessible to each of us, but sometimes it can be difficult to achieve this state. We all know our feelings more or less well. Sometimes we try to put them into words, but we can't find any in the face of the storm that rages within us. Then there are situations in which everything bursts out of us in a torrent. Uncontrolled and quite wild.
Emotional freedom does not mean no longer having problems based on feelings, but rather learning how to use them to exercise our own ability to act.
